The 8 pin EPS cable plugs into the motherboard’s CPU/EPS connector. As an extension cable, one end plugs into the motherboard, and the other end plugs connect to the stock power supply cable.

We make all our Extension cables in curved(arch) orientation which helps in routing the cable so that you don’t have to bend it and creates a nice uniform flow of wires that looks good. Without it, the wires on the lower row can bulge up from the middle/sides of the top wires when the cable is routed around bends.
